Hello Tojat- I’m not sure how the Finnish Permit A translates to the residence permit/permanent residence permit in Sweden, however I believe this would only be an issue if you were applying for a Swedish residence permit based on being an EU permanent resident- in fact you will be applying based on your status as being married to an EU (nordic) citizen.
